CHERRY COBBLER PIE 
1 ready crust
1 lg. egg yolk
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can cherry pie filling
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. quick oats
3 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush bottom and sides of crust evenly with egg yolk; bake on baking sheet until light brown, about 5 minutes. Remove crust. Pour pie filling into crust. Spoon oat mixture over pie. Bake 35 minutes.
