NOODLE KUGEL 
3 c. broad noodles
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chicken fat or butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 apple, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. orange juice

Boil noodles in salted water until tender; drain and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into well buttered Pyrex dish about 9 inch square or round. Bake at 350 degree oven about 1 hour until bubbling and lightly brown crust forms. Serve hot. Freezes well.
