PINEAPPLE NOODLE KUGEL 
1/2 lb. fine noodles
4 eggs
1/8 lb. butter, melted
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. sugar

Boil noodles 10 minutes. Drain with cold water. Beat eggs and add to noodles. Add pineapple, sugar, and melted butter. Mix to taste. Pour into buttered pan. Dot top with extra butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
