1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 c. flaked coconut 2 c. nuts, chopped 1 stick butter, melted 1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar 1 square paraffin 1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips Mix together Eagle Brand milk, flaked coconut, chopped nuts, butter and powdered sugar. Melt butter and pour over nuts. Add to sugar and coconut. Mix and chill 2 hours. Melt 2 square paraffin and 1 large package of chocolate chips in double boiler. Take chilled mixture and make about 1 dozen balls to start with and put the rest back into refrigerator. Dip balls into paraffin and chocolate chip mixture using a toothpick as a handle. Lay balls on wax paper. Makes about 70 balls. |
