MICROWAVE SALMON LOAF 
1 egg
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 cans (16 oz.) salmon, drained
1 c. milk
3 slices bread, cubed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions (optional)

Beat egg slightly. Mix with milk, butter, bread cubes, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix in salmon and onions; blend well.

Pack firmly in greased ring mold. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high 9 to 11 1/2 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
