CHILI CON CARNE 
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lb. eye round, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 lg. or 2 sm. red kidney beans
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. chili powder

DUMPLINGS:

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
4 tbsp. grated Italian cheese

Put oil in a large saucepan. Put in chopped onion and ground meat. Also add tomato paste, mix and let brown slowly, about 1/2 hour, on medium heat. Then add beans and whole tomatoes and cover with water. Cook for 2 hours on medium heat and then add dumplings. Cook 10 minutes with cover on, 10 minutes with cover off. I use eye round as there isn't any fat.
