CHICKEN BREASTS WITH GREEN
CHILIES
 
1 c. bread crumbs, Italian type
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Cubes of Jack cheese
Strips of green chilies
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 sm. boneless chicken breasts

Mix bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese. Pound chicken breasts. Place Jack cheese and chili in center and roll. Roll breasts in butter and garlic salt, then in crumb/Parmesan mix. Place in baking pan (do not allow to touch). Cover with foil and allow to set in refrigerator 24 hours. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or microwave for 5 to 6 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
