CALIFORNIA BLEND CASSEROLE 
16 oz. pkg. California blend vegetables
1 c. cream of mushroom or broccoli soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4-1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 c. Durkee onion rings

Steam or boil vegetables 5 minutes. Reserve 1/2 onion rings and cheese for topping. Mix and bake remaining ingredients in casserole 1/2 hour, covered. Add onions and cheese and bake additional 10 to 15 minutes, uncovered.
