1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs

Mix first three ingredients together and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together last three items. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour over dry mixture and bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not brown.
