LINDY'S CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
Graham cracker crust in a springform pan sprayed with Pam

Beat cream cheese smooth. Gradually add sour cream and sugar, unbeaten egg yolks and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff. Fold into cheese mix. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand in oven with door closed one hour. Refrigerate.
