BROCCOLI AND MACARONI 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cut up
1/2 (16 oz.) box macaroni pasta
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
grated cheese, for sprinkling

Place oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic. Sauté. When cloves are brown, remove. Add butter. Mix well.

Cook broccoli according to box (don't overcook). Add broccoli to skillet. Cook macaroni. Drain and add to skillet.

Simmer over low heat. If needed, add more butter. Add grated cheese and stir.
