CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
5 c. sugar
2 sticks Parkay butter
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1 lg. pkg. Nestle chocolate chips
25 lg. marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt Parkay, add sugar and milk. Cook until soft ball forms by testing in water. Remove from heat. Add chocolate morsels, marshmallows and vanilla. Beat with mixer. Pour out on ungreased cookie sheet to cool. Cut into squares.

NOTE: You can also leave chocolate morsels out and add butterscotch morsels or leave out all morsels and add a large package of coconut instead.
