MOON CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla pudding (or any flavor)
3 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Chocolate sauce

Put water and butter in sauce pan and boil. Add flour all at once and stir rapidly until it forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat well with mixer. Spread on ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool, mix pudding with milk, beat in cream cheese spread on cooled crust, spread Cool Whip over filling, sprinkle with nuts, drizzle with chocolate sauce.
