PORK - CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 pork chops (boneless is best)
1 c. uncooked rice (not minute rice)
1 med. sliced onion
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 can beef consomme
1 can beef broth

Brown pork chops on both sides. Spread cup of rice on bottom of casserole dish. Lay pork chops over rice. Add layer of pepper and onion over meat. Pour broth and consomme over rice and meat. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Do not take top off at anytime while cooking.
