TURKEY MUSHROOM SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. sliced pimiento stuffed olives
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
Romaine lettuce

Combine first 4 ingredients. Blend together mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion (and 1/2 teaspoon salt if desired). Add to turkey mixture; toss lightly. Chill; line bowl with romaine; spoon in salad. Makes 6 servings.
