VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
5-6 carrots, sliced and cooked
1 rib celery, diced
1/4 lb. grated American cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 can evaporated milk
Buttered bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

Cook frozen vegetables. Mix cheese, soup and milk. Combine with all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

NOTE: Cover during first half of baking. Can be made a day or two before baking but do not re-freeze.
