VEGETABLE LOAF 
1/2 c. Butter Buds
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. minced celery
1 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. finely ground English walnuts
1 c. dry whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
4 egg whites
1 c. chicken broth
1 can tomato sauce

Cook onion in Butter Buds until tender. Add vegetables, nuts, crumbs, and seasonings. Saute. Mix egg whites and chicken broth. Combine both mixtures and turn into a loaf pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce. Serves 4.
