CHICKEN RICE BAKE 
1 c. rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup, cream
2 cans milk
1/4 c. butter
10 chicken thighs
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

Remove skin from chicken. Mix rice, soups, milk and butter in top of double boiler. heat, pour into 9 x 13 inch pan or small roaster. Place raw chicken thighs on top of rice mixture. (I sometimes brown them a bit, but it is not necessary.) Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Uncover for last 15 minutes.
