SCRAMBLED TOFU BREAKFAST | |
1/2 lb. tofu 1 1/2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese 1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 oz. safflower oil 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 oz. bacon bits Dice tofu. Add sharp cheddar cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Mix last four ingredients and put on tofu and cheese. Serve with toast and orange juice. |
