TORTELLINI WITH CREAMY HERB
SAUCE
 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh tortellini
2 garlic cloves (minced)
5 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 c. dried parsley
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan

Cook tortellini 2 minutes less than package directions. Drain. Saute garlic in olive oil until golden but not brown. Add basil and parsley. Stir in cream, then Parmesan. Add tortellini to sauce and simmer for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with extra Parmesan.
