CINNAMON TWISTS 
Biscuits
2 c. flour
1/4 c. shortening
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Follow basic biscuit recipe, roll dough about 1/4 inch thick and cut with a doughnut cutter. Dip biscuit in melted butter and then in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Twist once, piece on lightly greased baking sheet about 1 inch apart.

Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
