Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a plate, mix 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a bowl. Take out the canned biscuits. Take them apart.
Take one, mash it flat and give it a little pull from each end. Dip it in butter, then the cinnamon and sugar. Take it by each end with both hands and give it a twist. It will look like a bow tie. Do all biscuits the same way. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until all are nice and brown. Remove from oven. Drizzle with glaze.
Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar and enough milk to make a thin glaze. Serve warm.
