CINNAMON TWISTS 
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. yeast (Fermipan)

Heat cream to boiling point. Stir in soda, butter, sugar and salt. Put 1 cup flour in bowl, add wet ingredients and yeast. Stir. Add rest of flour as needed. Form dough into a ball and knead for 5 minutes. Roll out on floured board. Spread with soft butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Fold over. Cut in strips and twist. Let rise on cookie sheets. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degree oven. Ice.
