STUFFED PEPPERS 
8 green peppers
2 eggs
3 lbs. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together ground beef, eggs, rice, stewed tomatoes, onion, garlic and pepper. Wash and cut off top and clean out inside of peppers. Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Place in baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over the top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Turn peppers over after 45 minutes.
