1/4 c. sliced green onions 1 tbsp. butter 1 can Campbell's consomme 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. raw rice In saucepan, cook onions in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boil. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Makes about 2 cups. Also you can add 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped, or 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts. |
