MEATBALLS CREOLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked reg. oats
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 sm. onions, chopped
Hot cooked rice

Combine beef, oats, tomato sauce, garlic salt. Mix well. Shape into 1 1/4 inch meatballs. Dredge in flour. Brown in oil over medium heat in large skillet. Drain off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients (except rice). Mix well and pour over meatballs. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked rice. Serves 4.
