BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients and form into meatballs. Roll in flour and brown in 3 teaspoons fat. Arrange meatballs in greased baking dish. Cover with well mixed and heated barbecue sauce.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. minced onion

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
