AUNT BETTY'S XMAS COOKIES 
2 lbs. dates, cut in chunks
1/2 lb. candied cherries, cut in quarters
1/2 lb. candied pineapple, cut in chunks
1/2 lb. whole almonds, chopped and toasted
1/2 lb. Brazil nuts, chopped
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs

Mix flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Cream butter, gradually add sugar. Beat in eggs. Then flour mixture. Add all fruit and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
