KENTUCKY PUDDING PIE 
2 1/2 c. sugar (half brown and half white)
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix brown and white sugar, beaten eggs, stick butter, flour and milk in pan. Heat only until butter has melted, stirring constantly. Pour warm mixture in two unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 375°F until brown, 35 to 40 minutes. To make pecan pie, use same recipe but add pecans before baking. Very rich!
