HONEY CARROT BREAD 
2 eggs
2/3 c. Puritan oil
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. finely grated carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. honey
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans
3/4 c. raisins

Beat eggs until foamy, add oil and honey. Sift flour with dry ingredients and add to egg mixture, beating well. Stir in carrots, nuts (walnuts or pecans) and raisins.
