WHEAT HEALTH BREAD 
4 c. water
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 tbsp. yeast
2 c. rye flour
2 c. white flour
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water; add remaining ingredients. Add enough whole wheat flour to make dough easy to handle. Knead, let rise and then make into loaves or rolls. Let rise and bake at 400 degrees until brown.
