PESTO SAUCE 
1/2 c. olive oil
5 cloves garlic (without shells)
2 c. fresh basil leaves
1/2 c. grated Parmesan, Romano, Pecorino, etc. cheese
1-2 handfuls shelled walnuts or cashews

Place ingredients in order as listed in food processor and mix until well blended. Use 2-3 tablespoons per 9-12 oz. linguine.
