1 lb. haddock fillet
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
Parmesan cheese, grated
Paprika

Lay fish in greased baking dish. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with a good amount of cheese. Top with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
