PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. onion, sliced
6 carrots, diced
6 med. potatoes, diced
6 pork chops
Fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
1 pkg. egg noodles

Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Layer half of onion slices, 3 diced carrots, 3 diced potatoes, 3 pork chops, 1/2 can of soup, 1/4 cup of milk and seasoning. Repeat with other half of ingredients. Add fresh mushrooms (if desired). Season again to taste. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven or 30 minutes on HIGH in microwave. Serve over egg noodles. Yield: 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
