MINTED HOT COCOA MIX 
3 (4 1/2") sticks hard peppermint candy
1 c. nondairy coffee creamer
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa

Place candy in a heavy duty, plastic bag; crush candy with mallet. Combine crushed candy and remaining ingredients. Store in airtight container. To serve combine 1/4 cup cocoa mix with 3/4 cup boiling water; stir well. Yields 2 1/4 cups mix.
