MARINADE 
3/4 c. sherry
1/2 c. soy sauce, Kikkoman - All Purpose
2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar, 5% acid
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic

Marinate stead or chicken. Best if marinated for 48 hours before cooking.
