7 LAYER SALAD 
4 (3 oz.) boxes Jello

1 each lemon and lime. 2 - red boxes, strawberry, raspberry, etc.

1 1/2 c. hot water for each box of Jello
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. milk, scalded
1 c. sugar
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin (Knox)
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all Jello's at once in small bowls. Let stand at room temperature. Scald milk, add 1 cup sugar to milk. While milk is hot, add unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water.

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla to milk, then mix in sour cream, beat until well blended. Start layers with 1 of the red Jello's. Chill until set.

Layer 2 - 1 1/2-1 3/4 cups of sour cream mixture - chill.

Layer 3 - Jello.

Layer 4 - Sour cream.

Layer 5 - Jello.

Layer 6 - Sour cream.

Ending with a layer of Jello on top. Chill after adding each layer. Make a full 9 x 13 inch glass dish.
