NEW MEXICAN BURROS 
2 lbs. stew meat
1/2 - 1 c. onion, chopped
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
2 c. water
1 sm. can refried beans
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Garnishes (cheddar cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa)

Cook meat with salt and pepper in water until easily shredded. Continue to cook until water has evaporated. Add chilies and onion. Heat the refried beans. Place meat and refried beans on top of warm tortillas. Add any of the garnishes. Roll up and enjoy.
