INDIVIDUAL FRUIT CAKES 
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. fresh orange juice
1/3 c. brandy
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mixed candied fruit
1 (4 oz.) pkg. candied pineapple
1 (4 oz.) pkg. candied cherries
2 c. chopped dates
2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine oil and sugar in bowl. Add eggs; beat until light. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves together. Reserve 1 cup of dry ingredients. Add alternately with orange juice and brandy to egg mixture. Mix reserved dry mix with candied fruits, pineapple, and cherries. Stir in dates, pecans, and fruit mixture into batter. Pour into paper cups. Bake 25 minutes.
