ONE DISH CHICKEN DINNER 
Assorted pieces of chicken legs, breasts, wings
1 c. raw whole grain rice
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. water

Place chicken in large, shallow baking dish and pour rice in center. Combine onion soup mix, celery soup and water and pour over chicken and rice. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover last 1/2 hour to brown. Serve with a salad and cranberry sauce. Serves 4.
