CHICKEN SOUP 
7 pieces chicken (legs, wings & thighs)
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 med. onion
1 celery stalk
2 carrots
6 c. water

Bring water to boil, place chicken in pot, cook until done. Saute onion, chop celery and carrots. Remove chicken and take meat off the bone. Place chicken, bouillon cubes, celery and carrots in pot. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on medium heat for about 1 hour.
