CAROB COATED PEANUT BUTTER
KISSES
 
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. soy milk powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. toasted wheat germ
2 to 3 tbsp. fruit juice as needed to moisten

Mix ingredients together. Roll into balls.

Melt and dip balls into melted carob. Do not cook or bake. Store in refrigerator.
