1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. raw peanuts (skins on)

Dissolve sugar in water. Add peanuts and continue to cook. Completely cover nuts. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir at 5 minute intervals.
