BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1/4 c. chopped onion, cooked soft in 2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked rice
Bread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm dressing

Cook broccoli and rice. Saute onions in butter until tender. Combine with all other ingredients. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs.
