MOCHA ICING 
2 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
1/3 c. coffee
1 tsp. vanilla

Place brown sugar, coffee, and egg whites in top of double boiler. When water is boiling in bottom half, begin cooking with vigorous beating, either with electric mixer or egg beater. Continue beating until cool and icing will peak. Stir in vanilla and ice cake.
