CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 chicken breasts and 2 legs, skinned

Bake, covered in baking dish 15 minutes in 425 degree oven.

Combine 2 cans stewed tomatoes, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon oregano. Stir and cook until thickened. Pour over chicken and top with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 minutes uncovered or until tender.
