CHICKEN DIVAN 
3 cooked chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (or more)
1/2 c. grated bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 or 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli (cooked), or cooked fresh asparagus

Remove chicken from bones and leave in large pieces. Place over cooked vegetables in casserole.

Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.

Combine crumbs with butter; sprinkle over all. Cover.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is heated through. Serves 6.
