HAM AND CHEESE SOUFFLE | |
8-12 slices white bread cubes (no crust) 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese 3 1/2-inch slices boiled ham in cubes 1/2 bunch sliced green onions 4 c. milk 8 eggs 2 tsp. dry mustard In casserole (buttered), layer bread, onions, ham and cheese. Repeat. Combine milk, eggs and mustard. Pour over casserole and let sit covered in refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees 1 hour 15 minutes until knife is clean when tested. |
