SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 pt. select oysters
1/2 lb. crackers (broken)
4 stalks chopped celery
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Fresh chopped parsley
1/4 lb. butter
Milk (enough to moisten)

Grease baking dish with some of the butter. Melt remaining butter in small pan, add celery and saute until done, but not brown. Add layer of crumbled crackers into baking dish, then a layer of oysters. Cover with half of parsley and celery. Add a little salt and pepper. Repeat ending with crackers. Pour over enough milk to moisten crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
