GREEN JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 c. English walnuts, chopped

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add cream cheese, beat with electric mixer until cheese is all melted. Add crushed pineapples with juice and 1 1/2 cups cold water, mix together. Add nuts. Let set overnight or make early in the morning for your evening meal.
